  • Introduce a formal mentoring and competency development program which has been tried out and found effective by us in other off-shoring assignments. This significantly improves quality and productivity of the team.

  • Organization development process improvement. Introduce software development life cycle (SDLC) process or Agile processes (Scrum or XP) which have aspects essential for successful off-shoring. Introduce software engineering tools to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

  • Remote Center setup. Incorporation of legal entity, registration with various bodies in order to avail exemptions/waivers, Leasing of facility, IT infrastructure. Outsource arrangements for finance, Accounting and procurement functions.

  • Formal transfer of core knowledge to key leads and engineers (we help with structuring the team according to the code structure). Assist development of training plan for new hires.

  • Deploy new PMO, processes and tools on one project and adopt to the company as needed.

  • Team building. Defining the organization structure, assist with hiring, provide market compensation data, salary structure, HR policies. Help define organization culture.

  • Strengthen Program Management function. Define and create a Program Management Office (PMO), if it doesn't exist. Introduce Program management processes and tools.
